A true statement piece for your home. Vintage South American hand crafted shelter chair done in ply with beautifully aged and patinaed leather with intricate stitching and dowel construction. This chair has interesting details from every angle, the joinery of the frame, red stitching woven through holding the sling, the red lacquered dowels and triangular wood inserts. One of a kind likely late 70’s or early 80’s. Dimensions: 26.5”W x 29”D x 35.5”H, SH/SD 13” x 22”.

Designer is unfortunately unknown, chair is not signed or stamped by the artist.

Overall great original vintage condition, some minor typical finish wear to the wood, minor areas of paint loss to red lacquered elements and expected patina to leather.
