Shipping

Shipping is not free. Furniture and oversized items are shipped via White Glove carrier services. Please send me a message with your zip code PRIOR to purchasing to receive a quote for additional shipping costs. Shipping fees for these items will be invoiced separately.

Oversized Item/Furniture Shipping is handled by 3rd party white glove carriers not UPS, Fedex etc. rates are based on distance, gas prices, size, and weight of the item. Delivery can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks on average (occasionally longer) depending on carrier selection, driver availability, weather, size of item, and distance from pickup to delivery. I will coordinate shipping on your behalf, once the item has been picked up by the shipper you may contact them directly with any questions about, or updates on delivery. Shippers are insured, If any damage occurs during transit it is your responsibility to bring it to the shippers attention BEFORE they leave your location, so please inspect the item right away.

If you have any delivery restrictions, specific day/time limitations, accessibility issues, or additional requirements please let me know at time of purchase (such as COI requirements, stairs, unpaved road, narrow driveway, pre scheduling for elevator access etc).

Free local pickup is available, if you’d like to pick up or arrange your own shipping please let me know. Items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase, after 14 days a storage fee will be applicable. Items left after 30 days will be considered abandoned and made available for sale unless previous arrangements have been made with us.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are being sold as described in listing and shown in the corresponding item photos. Please review listing carefully before purchasing, if you have any questions or would like additional photos or videos let us know and we will be happy to provide this for you.

These are pre-loved vintage items, and while well cared for, have been enjoyed and used for decades. As such there is expected typical vintage wear such as scuffs, scratches, discoloration/fading, stains, patina etc. Even fully refinished items may still exhibit some cosmetic imperfections. I have described the items to the best of my ability by doing a visual examination of item (not fully disassembled where applicable).
