Mid Century Black Gordon and Jane Martz Marshall Studios Ceramic Lamp

Mid Century Modern studio ceramic pottery table lamp designed by Jane and Gordon Martz for Marshall Studios. Matte Black ceramic body with hand-incised vertical lines and bands of round swirls in off white. Walnut neck. Martz signature at back of base near cord. Lamp has been rewired, shade not included.

Dimensions: 21”H to top of socket, 8”W

Condition: No chips or cracks, some light areas of paint transfer as shown which can likely be removed. Rough matte textured body has some cloth transfer/lint at top

Lamp shade is not original and not included, shown for example.

This is a vintage item that has been loved and enjoyed for decades, and while well cared for, has typical age appropriate wear. I have described the item to best of my knowledge by doing visual examination of item (not fully disassembled where applicable).
