Large 1970’s Brutalist Sculpture, Horn Player Jazz Musician Abstract by Austin Productions

Mid Century Abstract Cubist Brutalist Sculpture in cast durastone with a carved wood effect. Made by Austin Productions c.1970, stamped and dated on back. This is a large striking sculpture around 15lbs, known as the Horn Player or Jazz Player. Done in a dark brownish black on a walnut tone wood base. Dimensions: 28.25”H x 7.25”W x 6”D

Condition: In very good vintage condition with some minimal age appropriate wear. A few previously touched up chips as noted, and minor finish wear.

This is a vintage item that has been loved and used for decades, and while well cared for, has typical age appropriate wear. I have described the item to best of my knowledge by doing visual examination of item (not fully disassembled where applicable).
