Antique Brutalist Oak American Arts and Crafts Hall orAccent chair in the Dutch Craftsman style of Charles Limbert, old upholstery shop label present underneath from Leischner in Oyster Bay NY, c.1959, who added the current Naugahyde to the seats. Solid oak frame with seat upholstered in off white Naugahyde. Accented by keyhole cutout in backrest and pegged joints in H stretcher frame. Solid and attractive accent or dining chairs perfect for the arts and crafts collection or incorporating brutalist style into your decor. Slightly different construction and dimensions than the single chair I have listed separately although all purportedly purchased by previous owners grandparents in the late 1800's.

In overall great original antique condition, typical age appropriate patina and wear, areas of scuffs, chips, and fading to finish. One chair has a crack in the backrest with old glue repair, stable but would look best cleaned and re-glued. See last photo for closeups of the chair needing repair
