He was a Professor of Art at University of Tampa from 1962-1992. After his retirement, he moved to North Carolina where he continued to work in his studio. He exhibited extensively, regionally and nationally. His work was shown at the Smithsonian, The Norton Gallery, Society of Four Arts and Provincetown National.
